Cutboard is a local-first macOS video editor for narration, captions, media, overlays, and local VOICEVOX voice generation.

Before contacting support
- Confirm that your Mac is running macOS 14 or later.
- Confirm that the media files used by your project still exist and can be opened from their original locations.
- If a project opens with missing media, use the app's file selection flow to reconnect the files.
- If VOICEVOX voice generation is unavailable, restart Cutboard and try generating the voice item again.
- If export fails, try exporting to a writable folder such as Desktop and confirm that enough disk space is available.

When contacting support, include:
- Mac model and macOS version.
- Cutboard app version and build number.
- Whether the issue occurs while opening a project, editing, generating voice, previewing, saving, or exporting.
- The export format and destination folder if the issue is related to export.
- A short description of what happened and what you expected.
Do not include private media files, generated voice files, or project files unless support explicitly asks for them.

お問い合わせ前に確認すること
- macOS 14 以降の Mac を使用しているか確認してください。
- プロジェクトで使用しているメディアファイルが元の場所に存在し、Finder などから開けるか確認してください。
- プロジェクトを開いたときにメディアが見つからない場合は、アプリ内のファイル選択フローで再接続してください。
- VOICEVOX 音声生成を利用できない場合は、Cutboard を再起動してから対象の voice item を再生成してください。
- 書き出しに失敗する場合は、デスクトップなど書き込み可能なフォルダへ保存し、空き容量が十分にあるか確認してください。
