Before contacting support
- Confirm that notifications are allowed for Rememcar in iOS Settings.
- For parking-arrival reminders, confirm that Location is allowed and that Always Location is enabled when available.
- For drive-start reminders, confirm that Motion & Fitness access is allowed.
- Open Rememcar Settings and check the required access panel and saved reminder base.
- If a reminder does not appear, open Rememcar and confirm that the reminder is still active and not completed.

- 駐車場付近の通知を使う場合は、位置情報が許可され、利用できる場合は常時許可になっているか確認してください。
- 出発時の通知を使う場合は、モーションとフィットネスの利用が許可されているか確認してください。
- Rememcar の設定画面で、必要な許可と通知の基準地点が設定されているか確認してください。
- 通知が表示されない場合は、対象のリマインダーが未完了のまま残っているか確認してください。
